
Core
We have set up special areas in our clubs for free movements workouts. You’ll find mats, Swiss Balls, BOSU’s, medicin balls and free weights in this area that you can use for many exercises targeting your core muscles (the natural corset of abdominal, back and hip muscles).
Different muscle groups are worked with these free movements and your body is continuously targeted differently. This improves the interdependent working of your muscles and also makes your tendons and insertions stronger.
Core-training is mostly used to improve the body’s ability to resist forces, improve posture, remedy lower back and shoulder issues, support and improve other sports and to create super tight abs. Core training should be the basis of each fitness workout.
