Because of this amount of equipment, there are never waiting times for the cardio machines and you can steadily work through your training schedule. Cardio as a warming up, workout in itself or addition to a class or a strength training.

As a member of Splash Health Club, you can store a customized cardio schedule on your personal TGS Key of  TechnoGym and then monitor your progress.
