At Splash we have four different forms of yoga available:
Basic Yoga – During these classes, time and attention goes towards learning the basic principles of yoga.
Ashtanga Yoga – Yoga as a series of flowing yoga poses. You’ll learn how to synchronize your breathing with your movements, and you’ll gain insight in the spiritual meaning of yoga.
Power Yoga – Derived from Ashtanga Yoga, but instead approaches yoga more as a physical workout.
Yoga Flow – Learn how to perform the yoga poses with the utmost precision. A class with attention to each detail that will perfect your yoga practice even further.
