My name is Alex Blanchard, former European champion boxer in the light heavyweight division. I was rated second in the world by WBC during the period 1985-1987. Looking back; these were the great years for me. However, we are all getting older and are facing the challenge to keep our body and spirit in shape.
Once active athletes – especially boxers – suffer from gaining weight after retirement. But you don’t have to be a former champion or contender to need regular training when your suddenly find yourself in your forties, fifties or older.
Today’s life indicates that we must rush everywhere, are always out of time. This leads to stress, concentration problems, body pains, stress, headaches, sometimes finding it difficult to fall asleep. Sounds familiar?
Life has its ups and downs, and if you don’t want your weight and condition to act likewise. No, you want to get more stamina physically as well as mentally, lose weight and feel fitter by increasing your condition, right?
