Core

We have set up special areas in our clubs for 'Free movement workouts'. You’ll find mats, Swiss Balls, BOSU’s, medicine balls and free weights in this area that you can use for many exercises targeting your core muscles (the natural corset of abdominal, back and hip muscles).

You can work various muscle groups with these free movement and your body is continuously targeted in different ways. This improves the interdependence of your muscles and also makes your tendons and insertions stronger.

Core-training is mostly used to improve the body’s ability to resist forces, improve posture, remedy lower back and shoulder issues, support and improve other sports and to create super tight abs. Core training should be the basis of each fitness workout.
