In addition to our kickboxing class, you can also hire one of our personal trainers for a one-on-one or with a training partner for a half an hour or hour session.

Kickboxing with a personal trainer brings out the best in you. The trainer corrects, motivates, keeps you on your toes and pushes you to the limit for endurance, power, speed, coordination, willpower and mental focus. The training will give you an enormous stress release and although kickboxing is physically exhausting, you’ll feel stronger than ever after each session.
