Seven days a week, a fitness instructor is present in the fitness area. As a member of Splash Health Clubs, you can use the services of this instructor free of charge for a intake and fitness test, a personalized training schedule based on your training goal, information about equipment and exercises, advice about how several exercises can be combined and how you can monitor your progress.
Our fitness instructors are available on working days from 9.00 – 23.00 hours and during the weekend from 10.00 – 17.00 hours.
