Strength training

In our strength training area you can concentrate and work towards your personal goals; building or toning your muscles, sport specific training or maintaining the current shape of your body.

The strength training areas of Splash Health Clubs are set up with equipment of the exclusive brands Gym80 and TechnoGym. These areas are specifically designed to offer an intense work out experience that is also safe for novice users and intensively train isolated muscles. In addition, you can find an exceptionally large collection of free weights in our clubs, consisting of dumbbells (up to 47,5 kg), barbells, squat racks and a variety of benches on which you can practice numerous variations of bench pressing.

This modern equipment, large collection of free weights and efficient set up of both equipment and free weights are a reflection of Splash Health Club’s owner Theo Robert’s personal vision on strength training.
