Steps is an endurance class based on the principle of stepping on and off a stepping bench. During the classes you work towards a choreography, while particularly your leg and buttock muscles are getting a good workout.
Steps is accessible for each level thanks to our three different class types:
Step Cardio – A simple choreography. Perfect for those who want to learn steps, workout in a upbeat tempo, but don’t want to be distracted by a complex choreography.
Step Fun – A challenging but easy to follow choreography. Suitable for those who have the basic principles of steps down.
Step Advanced – A complex choreography that’s being taught in a fast pace class. This is suitable for advanced steppers who just can’t get enough of it!
