Steps is an endurance class based on the principle of stepping on and off a stepping bench. During the class you will focus on two muscle groups: your legs and buttocks.
Steps is accessible for each level thanks to two different class types:
Step Fun – A challenging but easy to follow choreography. Suitable for those who are familiar with the basic principles of steps.
Step Advanced – A complex choreography that is taught in a fast pace class. This is suitable for advanced steppers who just can’t get enough of it!
