At Splash we have two different forms of yoga available:

Basic Yoga – During these classes, time and attention is spent learning the basic principles of yoga.

Yoga Flow – Learn how to perform the yoga poses with the utmost precision. A class with attention to each detail that will perfect your yoga practice even further.
