Tightened corona measures

Hereby an update after the press conference on Tuesday 13 October.

Fortunately, gyms are allowed to remain open. We will do everything we can, to prevent the virus from spreading. That is why we have to maintain stricter rules in line with the national measures. We hope for your understanding and cooperation!

Here are the new rules for Splash:

  • The reservation app Sportivity is effective again from Saturday for everyone who wants to make use of the gym. At the moment we only use this app for group lessons. But as from Saturday you also have to make a reservation for training in the fitness room.
Do you need help with the Sportivity App? Then report to the Splash desk. Our team members will be happy to assist you.
  • Nothing will change for the group lessons. You can book via the Sportivity App.

  • The showers, sauna and steam bath are closed from tomorrow.

  • The changing rooms will remain open, but we prefer that you change at home, so that we can quickly make space for other members. The changing rooms can accommodate a maximum of 5 people at a time from tomorrow. You are obliged to wear a face mask.
  • The bar is only open for take away products such as shakes, coffee, fruit or a bar. You are not supposed to stay at the bar or in the lounge, unless you are waiting for an appointment with the physiotherapist or masseur. Also while waiting you need to wear a mouth mask.

Of course the other rules also apply, I will list them again:

  • Wear a face mask when entering and exiting and when walking through the club.
  • Wear a face mask in the changing rooms and in the hallway while waiting for the group lessons (also when packing and cleaning up your materials).
  • You do not need to wear a face mask while exercising, as long as you keep 1.5 meters distance from other members and trainers.
  • Stay at home if you have symptoms of a fever or cold.
  • Use the spray to clean the materials you have used.
  • Use a towel during your workout.
  • Give each other space and keep 1.5 meters distance.

Temporarily the opening hours from Splash are changed:

Monday untill Friday: 07 am - 10 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 08 am - 09 pm

The list keeps getting longer. We want to do everything we can, to make sure you can train safely and to avoid a closure of the club.

I hope for your understanding and we'll see each other at Splash!
