Going skiing this winter?
Are you going skiing or snowboarding this winter and not sure if your legs, back and core can handle it? If you’re looking for help in the group fitness department then start with classes to improve your strength and stability. There are some classes that always focus on these areas like Bodypump, Bootcamp and Insanity. Sometimes a strong Pilates class can even benefit.
In the coming weeks the Absolute core class on Wednesday at 17:30 will be paying extra attention to the perfect ski and snowboarding posture.
